Who we are

JAR Automation is a solo AI automation agency based in Manchester, run by Joe Robinson. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email me at joerobinson@jarautomation.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you fill in the Discovery Form, I collect the details you give me:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details about your business

The site itself uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no pixels. I'm not watching you browse.

Why we collect it

I use your details to understand your business, get in touch with you, and scope out the work you might need. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest, responding to an enquiry you've made about my services.

How the form works

The Discovery Form is hosted by Tally, which acts as a data processor on my behalf. Your answers pass through Tally before they reach me. You can read how Tally handles data in their privacy policy.

Who we share your data with

Your data is only ever handled by:

• Tally, which processes the form
• Google, which delivers your enquiry to my Gmail inbox

I never sell or rent your data to anyone. If you become a client, a separate data processing agreement covers how I handle data as part of our work together.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, I delete your details 90 days after our last contact. If you do become a client, I keep your details for the duration of our working relationship, plus 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Have your data deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk)

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, the date at the top will change. I won't make any major changes without making it clear on the site.
